Connecting for Talent

FUN FACTS: Mum of two, wife of one, loves people, travel, cuts to the chase, has tons of energy, is warm and nurturing, likes common-sense, fairness and transparency - and enjoys seeing results.

Join us in retaining our most senior and experienced Talent where flexibility and expertise go hand in hand, ensuring that the NHS thrives with the collective knowledge of its seasoned professionals.

I have worked in senior management in the NHS for more than 20 years, including the last 9 years as a strategy executive on NHS Trust Boards. During that time, I have had the privilege of working with many talented, experienced and dedicated individuals both clinical and non-clinical.

Our NHS organisations consistently require senior and experienced staff for specific and time-limited pieces of work and there are, of course, many seasoned professionals whether post-retirement, or indeed simply during different career stages, who wish to continue to contribute their expertise but with a flexible approach.

This is where Connecting for Talent comes into play - by connecting highly experienced professionals directly with the NHS. No need for third parties – just a direct, accessible platform where the NHS can tap into a pool of Talent. The supportive resource hub will allow executives to network and seek support in what are very rewarding but equally demanding roles.

It excites me to create this straightforward connection between our client organisations and our senior and experienced people so that they can continue to do great things for the NHS and with the NHS.
